Nick Langford
Head of UK & International Business Development, Equity Primary Markets, London Stock Exchange
Nick Langford is head of the UK & International business development team within Equity Primary Markets at the London Stock Exchange. The team manages the relationship that UK & International issuers listed and quoted on Main Market and AIM have with the London Stock Exchange and actively liaises with UK & International companies and their advisers who are looking to join the Exchange's markets including Main Market, Specialist Fund Market and AIM.
Nick joined the Exchange in 1999 and has served as Senior Manager in the Company Services Department responsible for Main Market Admissions and Securities Management. He was also responsible for RNS Sales Management during the transition to RIE status in a commercial arena prior to being Head of UK Issuers & Advisers in Equity Primary Markets. Prior to joining the Exchange, Nick was a Senior Partner at Cantor Fitzgerald LP and started an extensive City career trading at the London Metal Exchange, moving to the Gilt Market where he was a broker and salesperson.
