Alistair Mackie heads the Corporate Projects and Finance Group at Holman Fenwick Willan. He has been with the firm for 20 years, including 5 years in the firm's Singapore office. Alistair specialises in corporate shipping and transporation transactions as well as port and terminal infrastructure projects. His work includes M&A transactions in the shipping sector and he is currently involved in a number of restructuring projects particularly centered around issues associated with chartering and shipbuilding.
