Salil Shah is an Executive Director in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. He has over ten years of experience in restructuring, financing and corporate finance advisory.

Mr. Shah is a member of the firm’s European Restructuring group in London, where he focuses on restructuring advisory and distressed financing transactions. Prior to his current role, Mr. Shah was in Goldman Sachs’ Leveraged Finance group in New York, where he assisted clients in raising debt from public and private markets, and in the Credit Advisory group, where he assisted clients with their interactions with rating agencies.

Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mr. Shah managed a financial brokerage business in Mumbai. He began his career at Citigroup in New York.

Mr. Shah received a B.A. in Economics and Art History and an MBA from Columbia University.
