Doug is in charge of global credit for BP Shipping and credit for BP's marine fuel sales in North America and Panama.

At any time BP Shipping has 350+ chartered in or owned ships & barges and moving crude oil, oil products, LPG or LNG around the globe.

Doug has a BA from University at Buffalo, The State University of New York and an MBA from The University of Michigan. Doug is a CFA charterholder and a Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
