Ragnvald Kavli was appointed Chief Financial Officer in January 2014.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Kavli served as our Finance Director from August 2013. Prior to this and since January 2009, Mr. Kavli held positions in Investor Relations and Corporate Finance of Seadrill Limited and served as a director of such group from August 2012 through August 2013.Prior to joining Seadrill Limited in 2009, Mr. Kavli worked in banking for Nordea Bank, within Shipping, Offshore and Oilfield Services.

Mr. Kavli has a degree in business administration from the University of Bath and a Masters degree in finance from Macquarie University.
