Lazaros is the Managing Director of FRS Shipmanagement Ltd., a Cyprus-based entity of the German-headquartered FRS Group. In this role, he is passionate about recruitment, training, and the long-term nurturing of sea-going personnel, leading to very high retention rates.
The FRS Group consists of more than 20 subsidiaries worldwide. Growing from a regional, passenger-ferry operator, FRS is now an internationally-active group. With over 60 vessels and more than 1,500 internationally diverse employees, FRS carries 7.6 million passengers, and 2.1 million vehicles, on its national and international shipping lines annually.
