(Nasdaq:SBLK) in 2007 and until 2011 was its CEO and President. He lead 4 SPAC IPOs Stellar Acquisition III Inc. (Nasdaq: STLR), Nautilus Marine Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: NMAR) and Star Maritime Acquisition Corp. (AMEX: SEA). Ex-Chairman of Punware Inc. (Nasdaq: PHUN), ex-Board member of Ocean Rig UDW Inc.
