Julian Proctor is Chief Executive Officer and a Board Member of Purus Marine, the environmentally focused maritime company launched by EnTrust Global. Before joining EnTrust Global in 2020, Mr. Proctor was Chief Investment Officer at Tiger Group Investments, a ship-owner and operator based in Hong Kong and Tokyo. Prior to that, he was Chief Strategy Officer of BNP Paribas Fortis Asia Pacific and a member of the regional board. He holds an M.St. from the University of Cambridge, where he was the recipient of the Oxford University Press Bryman and Bell Prize.
