Knut Eivind Haaland is a managing director and co-heading the DNB Markets high yield origination team. He has extensive experience from the high yield bond and broader debt capital markets leading more than 100 transactions for shipping and maritime companies globally. Prior to joining the Investment Banking Division in 2008 he was eight years with the bank's corporate lending teams in Oslo and London originating and executing loans for shipping and offshore clients.

Knut Eivind Haaland holds an M.Sc. in Engineering from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and a CFA from Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
