Lars Christian Skarsgård has served as CEO of Belships ASA since March, 2019. Mr. Skarsgård has wide ranging shipping experience from sailing as crew, shipbroking to ship owning and management. Before joining Belships ASA, he served as Director and Global head of S&P with Fearnleys AS. BA Economics from Liverpool University.

Belships ASA was founded in 1918 and has been listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange since 1937. The company is a fully integrated shipowner and operator of geared bulk carriers with a modern fleet of 25 Supramax and Ultramax vessels.
