Tofte is Director International Cooperation and Climate at The Norwegian Shipowners' Association. She has been with the association since 2012, and her responsibilities relate to national and international policy issues.
Prior to joining The Norwegian Shipowners' Association, Tofte was based in Brussels working with EU affairs. Tofte is a graduate in political science from Bath University in England.
