Wilhelm is a Director and Partner at Fearnley Securities' investment banking team, with sector responsibility for the shipping segment, focusing in particular on equity raise transactions for public and private companies.

Wilhelm has been involved on numerous ECM transactions for leading shipping companies on both the Norwegian and US stock exchange since joining Fearnley Securities in 2012, but has also advised shipping companies on M&A, debt and asset backed financing transactions. Prior to joining Fearnley Securities, Wilhelm worked as an shipping equity analyst at Pareto and as a corporate banker at Nordea's shipping division.
