Doug is the UK leader of the Climate Change and Sustainability Services at EY. He has over 20 years' experience in advising businesses on climate change and sustainability strategies, policies, controls and management. Doug's focus is to help organisations build long term value through their response to safety, environmental and social issues.

He has worked with organisations across the oil and gas, infrastructure, financial services and consumer products sectors delivering innovative and progressive solutions to his clients. Doug represents his firm and has spoken on a wide range of topics relating to integrated reporting, sustainable value creation, non-financial risk and assurance.
