John F. Imhof Jr. is a Shareholder and member of Vedder Price's Global Transportation Finance team.
John has more than twenty-five years of experience as a transportation finance lawyer and represents leading private equity funds, hedge funds, banks and ship owners in connection with a variety of shipping finance and investment transactions, including joint ventures, equity investments, note offerings, syndicated pre- and post-delivery term loan facilities, export credit facilities, mezzanine loans, subordinated loans, loan portfolio acquisitions, sale-leaseback transactions and restructurings. John has a Bachelor of Science degree from Duke University and graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College of Law.
