Ioannis Martinos is CEO and Founder of The Signal Group, a group of companies that combines commercial ship management activities and technological innovation to enhance competitive performance for the entire shipping community. Prior to founding The Signal Group in 2014, Ioannis worked at Thenamaris, one of the world’s most successful shipping companies. During his decade-long tenure at the company, Ioannis rotated through a number of technical management roles, before assuming the position of co-CEO in 2013. Ioannis holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University, and Aeronautical Engineering from MIT.
