Dora is a partner at international law firm Stephenson Harwood. She is an asset finance specialist with a particular focus on the shipping sector. Dora regularly advises on high profile international financing and restructuring matters including ECA-backed finance transactions, sale and purchase, leasing, joint ventures, shipbuilding contracts, ship registration matters and secondary trade transactions.

She acts for a broad range of international banks and other financial institutions, including export credit agencies as well as major ship owners and shipyards in relation to all types of vessels (LNGs, cargo vessels, containers, chemical tankers, VLCCs, yachts and cruise ships). She has particular experience in Europe and Asia.
