Diana advises on a variety of ship finance, corporate and corporate finance matters, including asset finance, corporate acquisitions, ship sale and purchase, refinancing and restructurings, commercial agreements, company reorganisations, commercial contracts, franchising,joint venture and partnerships, commodities contracts and related security.

Diana has extensive experience of private equity deals (both debt and equity) with values ranging between US$10,000,000 and US$350,000,000. These deals have involved a diverse spectrum of investments, including the financing of commercial vessels and pleasure yachts – utilising traditional ship finance security as well as additional, non-shipping related security as part of the larger security structure.

Diana has acted for a variety of borrowers and lenders in traditional ship finance and acquisition transactions by way of joint ventures, sale and leasebacks, chartering arrangements in a variety of jurisdictions. Diana has worked on bespoke transactions combining corporate and structured finance expertise with traditional ship finance arrangements for large commodity houses and private investors wishing to downstream investments through non-conventional security assets.
