Olav Nortun is the Chief Executive Officer of the Thome Group - an integrated ship management and offshore service company. After spending nearly 3 decades in the maritime and offshore sectors leading international operations, Olav has extensive experience in managing activities with high uncertainty and frequent regulatory changes.

Olav is currently based in the head office in Singapore where he oversees the group's activities.

Olav is a Council member of Intertanko and he has a M.Sc. in Naval Architecture from the Norwegian Institute of Technology with an executive education at Insead, Fontanelbeau and IMD, Lausanne.
