Kitty’s role covers the management and operation of the MNOG-HK and the Hong Kong Seafarers’ Unions Coordinating Committee (HSCC). She is also responsible for the promotion of Hong Kong Seafarer Mutual Assistance Fund (HKSMAF) and Hong Kong Maritime Scholarship Fund (HKMSF) and the management of the Trust. Along with the policy of MNOG-HK in young seafarer and members development, Kitty also assist with the promotional programmes and liaison works, helping the young seafarer in terms of training opportunities, employment and better conditions.
