Michael Jabara, Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, is cohead
of Global Investment Manager Analysis (GIMA), which provides manager
analysis and due diligence on mutual funds, separately managed accounts,
exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and alternative investment strategies. Additionally, he
is head of the ETF and closed-end fund (CEF) Research team. The team is responsible
for rating CEFs and provides research commentary on the ETF industry and coverage
on equity, bond, and alternative strategies. Michael's research is cited in financial
publications, has won numerous industry awards, and he frequently participates in
industry conferences.
Michael began his professional career at Prudential Securities in ETF and CEF
Research in 2002, joined Citigroup in 2005, and then transitioned to Morgan Stanley
Wealth Management in 2010.
Michael graduated from Villanova University in Villanova, PA, with a major in Finance
and minor in Accounting.
