The Seminar aims to update you on the significant progress achieved in maritime education in China and the improvement in the quality of Chinese Seafarers, who are gradually having an expanded presence in the fleet of international shipping companies.
The Seminar will: • Describe Singhai’s infrastructure, approach and strengths in maritime training,
• Discuss important issues in crew recruiting, training and retention,
• Update on latest Chinese governmental regulations and efforts in promoting Chinese seafarers to meet international standards.
